Job Summary: We are seeking a Technology Specialist in Software Analysis and Development or an advanced student to ensure software quality and validate digital processes. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements analysis and execution of test cases to ensure quality **Education:** Technology Specialist in Software Analysis and Development, Software Development, Systems, Software Quality, or related fields; or a seventh-semester (or later) student in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. **Training:** Training in software testing, quality assurance, data validation, functional testing, integration testing, usability testing, test case documentation, incident management, agile methodologies, task tracking tools, and fundamental concepts of web development, databases, APIs, and web services. **Experience:** Minimum one (1) year of experience, including internships, practicums, or professional work, in software testing, functional support, digital process validation, incident handling, data analysis, or participation in technology projects. Experience in web application testing, certificate validation, forms, queries, downloads, transactional processes, and user experience is highly valued. **Knowledge:** Knowledge of test case design and execution; functional, regression, integration, usability, and user acceptance testing; data and business rule validation; identification, documentation, and tracking of defects; user flow design; basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; basic SQL queries; basic API consumption and validation; incident management tools; agile methodologies; functional documentation and acceptance criteria. **Responsibilities:** Analyze functional requirements and acceptance criteria; design, document, and execute test cases. Validate the functionality of applications, forms, queries, certificates, downloads, integrations, and user flows. Verify the quality, integrity, and consistency of data displayed or generated by platforms. Evaluate usability, clarity, and the number of steps required to complete processes. Identify, log, classify, and track defects and incidents. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Validate fixes implemented by the development team. Prepare test evidence and reports; participate in defining functional and user experience improvements; and support compliance with information security policies, data protection, and software quality.
