Clear and empathetic communication, internal customer orientation Position: Selection Assistant Work Location: Cota/Siberia Employment Type: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with possibility of overtime when required. Compensation: $2,100,000 + $140,000 non-statutory transportation allowance (in addition to the statutory allowance) + statutory transportation allowance + all statutory benefits. Academic Profile: Technologist or final-semester student in Psychology, Business Administration, or related programs. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources processes, especially in: Recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel. Conducting interviews and administering psychometric tests. Profile evaluation and report writing. Management of social security affiliations and processing of medical leave certificates. Administration and distribution of work uniforms, as well as supply and control of consumables. Additionally, experience managing employment platforms such as LinkedIn, Computrabajo, and El Empleo, as well as psychometric tools and report writing.
