This role is critical to the development and expansion of our services. Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to alerts generated by the software, as defined in the procedures. Apply established protocols for each event. Promptly report any risk-related events. Timely and effective association of equipment. Requirements: Education: High school diploma with advanced proficiency in office software. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technology media roles, traffic assistant, traffic controller, or call center operator. Competencies: National and local geographic awareness, typing skills, spelling accuracy, and advanced proficiency in office software. Proactive teamwork and strong customer service orientation. Working Conditions: Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts. Salary: Base salary of $1,423,500 COP + meal allowance; includes all statutory benefits and surcharges.
