This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Ensure the proper functioning of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System by developing strategies aligned with customer requirements, international and legal standards, company policies, and the strategic plan. **Requirements** -------------- * Industrial, Logistics, Administration, Assurance, Safety, Engineering, or related technical degree. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in BPM development and responsibilities, including control and inspection of various logistics processes, contract manufacturing, and conditioning. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Ensure products are conditioned and stored in accordance with requirements set by local and/or corporate health authorities and required technical specifications. * Ensure strict compliance with approved conditioning and control records per product/process of conditioning. * Review/internal release of contract manufacturing process records. * Control/evaluate/monitor/notify internally and to the customer regarding Change Controls for modifications affecting approved records and BPMs related to conditioning processes. * Inspection and release of conditioned products. * Notify/document events occurring during inspection. * Investigate and resolve complaints related to conditioning. * Document, investigate, and resolve deviations from agreed-upon conditioning instructions or specifications.
