Promotes continuous learning and teamwork At our farm, we seek a SENA apprentice in the productive phase (practical training) or the academic phase nearing the start of the productive phase, for immediate placement in programs related to Administration, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Human Resource Management, or related fields. Required Skills: Proactivity. Interest in continuous learning. Ability to adapt to change. Organized and detail-oriented. Responsible and willing to work collaboratively. Requirements: Technical or technological student in Logistics, Administration, Technology, Quality, or related fields. Approval to begin the productive phase (desirable) or currently in the academic phase shortly before initiating the productive phase. No prior apprenticeship contract. Conditions: SENA apprenticeship contract. EPS and ARL affiliation as required by law. 100% on-site modality in Tocancipá.
