Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Operations Coordinator to lead and coordinate work teams in production plants, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and coordination of operational teams 2. Management of human and technical resources in operations 3. Customer service and compliance with service level agreements We are looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator. Education: Technician or students in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Production Engineering, and/or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles, leading and coordinating operational work teams such as forklift operators and production operators in production plants. Responsibilities: Promptly address customer requirements and needs, ensuring customer satisfaction. Fulfill all commitments agreed upon in contracts or SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with assigned clients. Coordinate human and technical resources to ensure smooth operations across assigned plants. Train personnel under supervision on topics scheduled by the organization (job-specific training). Inform Human Resources of cost center changes for supervised personnel, ensuring required training and certifications are provided to staff transitioning to new roles or responsibilities for which they have not yet received training. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or company executives. Salary: $1,850,000 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory benefits + Mobility allowance $300,000 Own transportation is mandatory; the company does not provide shuttle services.
