The more sales you close, the more opportunities you unlock for advancement and commission earnings. **Responsibilities:** * **Cold Calling:** Reach out to leads generated by the Sales Team to establish initial contact. * **Lead Research:** Gather accurate contact details (phone numbers, emails, etc.) of potential clients using tools such as Google, SignalHire, and LinkedIn. * **Appointment Setting:** Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients for service presentations. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with the Team to align strategies and meet targets. **Qualifications:** * **Sales experience is a MUST!** * Speaks fluent English and Spanish * Has at least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry or freelancing industry **What we offer:** * Paid training program to set you up for success. Training Allowance is $2 * Once the training is passed, the rate will update to $5 per hour * Full\-time.
