We are looking for a Bellhop to join our team at a hotel chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing a warm welcome, and ensuring their hotel experience is comfortable and enjoyable from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel. * Assist guests with transporting their luggage to and from their rooms. * Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about hotel services. * Attend to special guest requests, such as message or package delivery. * Collaborate with other departments, such as reception and housekeeping, to ensure excellent customer service. * Ensure common areas of the hotel are clean and tidy, especially the reception area and lobbies. * Provide information about the hotel, its services, facilities, and the local area when necessary. * Assist with reservation management and other procedures as required. Requirements: * Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. * Friendly, helpful, and proactive attitude. * Strong communication and guest interaction skills. * Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure. * Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Minimum education: High School Diploma. * Basic English knowledge (desirable). * Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
