Requirements: High school diploma (Grade 11). Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating fermented products machines such as Solpack, Cerac, Bisigniano, Erca, among others. Knowledge of CIP, COP, and/or ABC cleaning processes. Experience handling hydrogen peroxide disinfectant for bag washing. Job Responsibilities: Equipment sterilization. Packaging of fermented products. Product changeovers, splices, and operational adjustments. Cleaning and organizing the work area. We Offer: Job stability.
