We Are Looking for a Human Resource Coordinator!
At HTC Business Group, we are currently seeking a Human Resource Coordinator who is eager to take on new challenges, contribute to the organization’s growth, and develop professionally within a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.
Work Location: Cota, Cundinamarca
Responsibilities
Lead recruitment and selection processes (job posting, interviews, reference verification, and support during hiring).
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Administer and record personnel updates related to social security (absences, disabilities, leaves, permissions, among others).
Process and validate social security payroll calculations.
Monitor and control absenteeism and disabilities.
Manage and support disciplinary procedures, ensuring due process and proper documentation.
Maintain up-to-date personnel documentation and records.
Support well-being initiatives, organizational culture activities, and efforts to strengthen workplace climate.
Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and internal company policies.
Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on human resource-related matters.
Required Profile
Technical, technological, or final-semester student/professional in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resource Management processes.
Knowledge of social security, hiring procedures, disciplinary processes, and basic labor legislation.
Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel preferred).
Organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills, analytical ability, sound judgment for decision-making, and strong confidentiality awareness.
What We Offer
Salary: COP $2,200,000 + Fixed monthly bonus of COP $400,000 + Statutory benefits
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Occasional Saturday availability from home, if required for specific tasks.
