Responsible for executing the work plan to properly achieve the operational area's objectives while meeting agreed-upon inventory accuracy levels with customers. Ensure proper execution of warehouse operational activities; ensure compliance with standards and procedures established by Inventory Coordination and/or Operations Management; and participate in process improvements related to inventory control. **Responsibilities:** * \- Optimize resources to meet company requirements. \- Develop a strategic logistics plan aligned with company objectives to ensure inventory accuracy levels. + Ensure adherence to client-specific schedules for daily cycle count reporting. + Fulfill client-agreed reporting requirements for periodic cycle inventories. + Determine ABC inventory classification per client (picking productivity). + Participate in coordination and execution of annual W2W inventories across various accounts. + Audit proper product storage according to quality/temperature requirements. + Oversee implementation of good storage practices. + Comply with and enforce the company’s quality policy. + Prepare annual reports documenting changes, improvements, or issues identified across various accounts. + Monitor inventory levels for each account. + Report account-specific inventory indicators—including potential process improvements—to the Inventory Coordinator. + Organize team-based work. + Know and apply Good Documentation Practices. **Qualifications:** * Position Level: STRATEGIC TACTICAL SUPPORT * High School Diploma * Technical Degree (4 Semesters) * Technological Degree (6 Semesters) * Equivalent experience accepted * BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELDS * Specific Experience, Knowledge, and Technical Skills * Intermediate Office / Excel \- Inventory control knowledge **Additional Skills:** * Results-oriented * Effective communication * Service mindset * Teamwork * Sense of urgency * Leadership * Experience: Total work experience and specific experience required for this role **Specific Experience:** * Minimum 6 months Location: Bogota **Employee Type:** Intern UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
