We value quality, precision, and teamwork as key pillars of our success. Main Responsibilities: Perform polishing, liquid painting, or electrostatic painting. Handle manual tools and production equipment. Provide active support on the production line, complying with quality standards. For the Painting Technician role, proficiency in surface preparation, industrial paint application, and technical finishing is required. Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year (certified) experience in industrial, liquid, or electrostatic painting. Education: Academic High School Diploma (11th grade). Knowledge of and compliance with industrial safety regulations and safe machinery handling practices. Working Conditions: Contract Type: Fixed-term contract with extensions up to 1 year; thereafter, indefinite-term contract. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts (including night shift). Salary: COP $1,750,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits.
