At Grupo Bimbo, we are seeking an Operational Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator with a strong focus on floor execution, operational leadership, and direct experience in hard discount operations, for highly mechanized distribution centers. This role is designed for leaders who live the operation, make real-time decisions, and leverage technology and operational excellence as levers to deliver results. Role Purpose Coordinate and execute indoor dispatch processes in mechanized operations, ensuring compliance with service, productivity, and accuracy KPIs through effective use of technological systems, continuous improvement, and direct management of operational teams. Candidate Profile 3 to 5 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), hard discount, or high-turnover retail operations. Experience in mechanized distribution centers and indoor dispatch operations. Highly operational background with direct floor-level leadership experience. Hands-on experience in pick-in centers and picking/dispatch processes. Operations and Technology Practical use of WMS in picking and dispatch processes. Experience with mechanized and automated systems (conveyors, sorters). Ability to resolve operational incidents in high-pressure environments. Management and Operational Excellence Coordination of floor teams (pickers, dispatchers, shifts). Monitoring of operational KPIs (OTIF, productivity, accuracy). Application of Lean / Operational Excellence for continuous improvement and standardization. Education Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Production, Automation, or Systems (with an operational focus). What We Offer? Direct employment contract with Grupo Bimbo.
