At Chalver Laboratories, we are seeking a **Maintenance/Engineering Assistant**, who will support the execution of facility, corrective, and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring the proper condition of facilities and compliance with safety and quality standards. **Job Objective** Support physical and facility maintenance activities across the laboratory’s various sites, contributing to the proper functioning of infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute physical and facility maintenance tasks according to established plans. * Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure correct task execution. * Perform work in **masonry, plastering, stucco, lightweight systems, tiling, plumbing, and painting**. * Support activities related to **demolition and finishing**. * Ensure proper use of assigned tools, materials, and equipment. * Comply with **occupational safety and health regulations**, especially for work at heights. * Support maintenance activities at the **Fontibón, Alquería, and Mondoñedo** sites (as required). **Required Profile** * **Education:** Technical or technological degree in Maintenance, Construction, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** in similar positions. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Blueprint interpretation. * Facility and physical maintenance. * Plumbing, painting, masonry, tiling, and lightweight systems. * **Certification for work at heights:** Preferred. * **Willingness to travel** between sites. * This vacancy is open exclusively to **male candidates**. **Employment Conditions** * **Contract:** Fixed-term contract for 4 months, with possibility of extension. * Corporate benefits. * Work location: La Alquería neighborhood. * Cafeteria. * A **friendly and collaborative** work environment.
