




The **HR Solutions Expert l** will follow defined processes and work instructions to support the different HR programs, providing excellent customer service, and manage the employees and stakeholder expectations. The HR Solutions Expert will also partner with other teams to provide services or resolve employee issues. **What will you do:** * Efficiently interact with employees and leaders to answer questions and resolve HR inquiries. * Initiate and adjudicate background check as appropriate, review findings against Asurion standards, make pass/fail determinations. * Provide hiring \& onboarding support including candidate documentation review, creation of workday records, creation of contract documents and delivering the new hires induction. * Provide leave of absence support including receiving, auditing and processing medical leaves, paid, unpaid, bereavement, maternity and paternity leaves. * Provide offboarding support including creation of offboarding documents, termination of workday reports, performing exit interviews * Build reports for stakeholders, HR and payroll teams. * Build employee physical folders and maintain and update employee records in HR systems. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. * Handle personally identifiable information (“PII”) that pertains to any individual (e.g. employees, job applicants, customers, etc.) in accordance with Asurion’s internal Privacy Policy, Information Privacy Standard, and public facing privacy policies. Complete any required privacy training. * Participate in process improvement projectsto drive efficiency and customer experience outcomes. * Develop and maintain work instructions and knowledge articles. **If you are a good fit for the job, you will have:** * 1 year of experience in an HR role * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business administration, or related field is required * Strong verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Spanish). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems * Strong computer skills. * Strong ability to ask probing questions to aid in problem solving. * High level of attention to detail. * Excellent customer service skills. * Team\-oriented with a proactive attitude.
