Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing strategies to optimize and control processes—especially in inventory management—while leading teams and ensuring compliance with policies. Propose improvement actions and innovate in processes **Job Description** ---------------------- Develop strategies and manage their implementation to identify opportunities for improving process controls. * Monitoring and Analysis: Supervise process performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), identify deviations and areas for improvement. * Optimization: Propose and implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize errors. * Documentation: Maintain up-to-date process documentation, including flowcharts and procedure manuals. * Auditing and Compliance: Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with established policies and regulations. * Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on process status and performance for senior management. * Monitor and supervise inventory control processes at the Distribution Center. * Ensure visibility and guarantee timely identification of issues affecting inventory control processes at the Distribution Center. * Generate timely follow-ups and alerts identified within the area. * Propose improvement actions for each process impacting the company's inventory processes. * Lead the administrative and operational staff team that forms part of the Inventory Team within Process Control. * Analyze data and forecast needs related to inventory control processes. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Join our team and be part of Falabella’s transformation: 1\.
