Perform production activities and verify quality A leading industrial-sector company, specializing in the manufacturing and commercialization of rubber, plastic, aluminum, and glass **packaging and container solutions**, primarily serving the **pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, beverage, liquor, and industrial sectors**, located in **Cota (Cundinamarca)**, is currently seeking a **Point-of-Sale Assistant** to strengthen its workforce. **Required Profile** * High school diploma. * Minimum **1 year of experience in production plants** and **machine operation** within pharmaceutical and industrial companies. * Excellent attitude and willingness to learn and comply with established processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute **rubber product production activities** according to customer requirements, verifying product quality in accordance with organizational procedures and applicable regulations. * Prepare the **molding process** according to the requested product. * Prepare the **molding machine and tooling** according to established procedures. * Calibrate and **monitor process parameters and conditions**, based on product technology and formulation. * Perform other duties related to the production area. **Working Conditions** * **Salary:** $1\.750\.905 to $1\.800\.905 depending on experience \+ statutory transportation allowance \+ statutory benefits. * **Contract Type:** Project-based or service contract. * **Work Schedule:** Three rotating 8-hour shifts (6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.; 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.). * The company provides a **transportation route** for all three shifts departing from Homecenter AV 68, with multiple stops en route to and from the company. **Benefits** * **Meal voucher benefit:** The employee contributes only $4\.451; the remainder is subsidized by the company.
