Below are some of the key responsibilities: * Provide operational support to all administrative departments of the company (Human Resources, Treasury, Accounting, International Trade, Reception/Cashier, and Administrative Management) * Coordinate logistics for courier services, stationery, and office supplies * Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic summaries * Occasional customer service duties required * Manage and organize documentation across various departments Required Profile Education: Technical or Technologist degree in administrative, accounting, or related fields Experience: Minimum [1 or 2] year(s) of experience in administrative roles involving a high degree of customer service (mandatory). Experience in the automotive sector is highly valued. Skills: Excellent personal presentation and verbal/written communication skills. Advanced proficiency in office software tools (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
