Recognized globally as the benchmark for quality and integrity, we employ over 94,000 people and operate a network of more than 2,600 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** * Responsible for telemarketing SGS services. * Maintain customer database records. * Maintain proposal files. * Administer the commercial area (time management, supervision of schedules, administration of commercial reports, preparation of meetings, etc.). * Provide support in customer follow-up activities, such as welcoming new customers, scheduling follow-up business appointments, sending specific information, documenting customer data, etc. * Ensure budget compliance together with the sales team. * Organize prospect databases. * Handle inbound and outbound calls. * And other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** Education: Technical degree or final-semester student in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: One year of experience in marketing, sales, administration, or related functions. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of data analysis; and training in applicable regulatory standards for the sector.
