Job Summary: We are seeking a Cybersecurity Pre-sales Consultant to provide technical support, design solutions, and advise clients on information security. Key Highlights: 1. Design customized cybersecurity solutions for clients. 2. Provide technical support and conduct product demonstrations. 3. Stay updated on cybersecurity trends. We are looking for a **Cybersecurity Pre-sales Consultant**, responsible for providing technical support throughout the sales process, designing information security solutions, and advising clients on implementing cybersecurity technologies. * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Certifications in cybersecurity or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos, Kaspersky, Trend Micro, Check Point, Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft Security, etc.) are highly valued. Experience: * Minimum **2 years** of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or implementation of cybersecurity solutions. * Experience in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team. Technical Knowledge: * Cybersecurity and information security. * NGFW firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN, and web filtering. * Corporate antivirus solutions. * Vulnerability management and risk analysis. * TCP/IP networks, VLANs, routing, switching, and communication protocols. * Physical, virtualized, and hybrid infrastructure environments. Responsibilities: * Analyze clients' technical requirements and design cybersecurity solutions aligned with their needs. * Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the entire pre-sales cycle. * Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) tests, and technical presentations to clients. * Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and market trends in cybersecurity. On-site work from Monday to Friday, indefinite-term employment contract directly with the company, negotiable salary, excellent benefits; our office is located at Km. 2 Medellín Highway (Calle 80\), Cota, Cundinamarca; we provide transportation service from Portal 80 to the company premises.
