This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact through hands-on coordination while building expertise in maintenance management, budget optimization, and environmental sustainability within a global leader in real estate services. **What your day-to-day will look like:** ------------------------------ * Coordinate and supervise execution of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, monitoring SLAs and response times to maintain reliability of critical infrastructure * Manage the Tririga facilities management system, ensuring complete documentation of incidents, maintenance activities, and inventories, while keeping all technical and contractual documentation organized * Track operational budgets monthly, identify cost-saving opportunities, and verify contractual compliance while supporting vendor coordination and procurement processes * Monitor sustainability programs focused on energy efficiency, water consumption, and waste management, contributing to measurable reductions in environmental impact * Actively participate in the ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management System, supporting audits and implementing corrective and preventive actions * Analyze life cycles of critical equipment to develop predictive maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and reduce operational disruptions * Conduct regular EHS compliance monitoring through quarterly audits and monthly safety reports (Good Catches and Near Misses), fostering a proactive safety culture **Mandatory Requirements:** ---------------------------- * Technical degree or final-semester student/professional in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or related fields * 2–3 years of proven experience in facilities coordination, maintenance management, or similar operational roles * Demonstrated proficiency in CMMS/IWMS systems, with Tririga experience highly valued * Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems sufficient to coordinate technical services * Familiarity with EHS regulations, sustainability practices, and principles of quality management systems * Strong budget management capabilities including cost tracking, variance analysis, and optimization strategies * Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills with technical teams, vendors, and clients, with customer service orientation and results-driven mindset **Preferred Requirements:** ------------------------- * Facilities Management certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional) * ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification demonstrating experience in quality systems * Knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) or ISO 50001 (Energy Management) standards * Relevant occupational health and safety certifications for facilities operations * Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies and documenting lessons learned * Proven ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable operational improvements * Prior experience contributing to sustainability reporting and achieving measurable efficiency targets **Location:** On-site – Bogota, COL If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
