Optimize resources and continuously improve processes An administrative-sector corporate group is seeking a Procurement Analyst to comprehensively manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and resource optimization. Work Modality: On-site Contract Type: Fixed-term, 4 months Salary: $1,850,000 + transportation allowance Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. · Required Profile: Technologist in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or acquisition processes. Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems. Strong negotiation, technical analysis, and process tracking skills. Results-oriented, organized, and committed to continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: Analyze and prioritize purchase requirements based on urgency and budget. Prepare technical-economic comparisons and negotiate with suppliers. Issue purchase orders and track deliveries, timelines, and quality. Manage supplier-related incidents and ensure adherence to agreed terms. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an updated database. Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations. Prepare supporting documentation for audits and report progress to coordination.
