We are seeking highly qualified and committed professionals to join our prestigious company as **Armed Motorcycle Couriers**. ### **About the Role:** As an Armed Motorcycle Courier, you will play a fundamental role in protecting and securely transporting valuables across various routes. You will be an essential link in our chain of custody, guaranteeing the integrity of our clients’ assets and the safety of our operational staff. Your mission will be to prevent and deter any attempted robbery or intrusion, acting with professionalism and decisiveness in risk situations. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Transport low-value goods. * Maintain constant and vigilant awareness of the surroundings during transit, identifying potential threats or risks. * Act with discretion and professionalism, adhering to established security protocols. * Coordinate and communicate effectively with the transportation team and monitoring center. * Respond promptly and efficiently to any incident or emergency that may arise. * Verify the optimal condition of the assigned motorcycle and equipment before each service. * Comply with all applicable legal regulations and internal company policies. * Participate in regular training and refresher courses to maintain and update knowledge in security and defensive driving. ### **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years** of verifiable experience as an Armed Motorcycle Courier, Security Motorcyclist, or similar roles in the private security or cash-in-transit sector. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license (Category A2 or higher) with no outstanding traffic violations. * Excellent motorcycle handling skills, including the ability to maneuver across diverse terrains and traffic conditions. * Knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety standards. * Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in critical situations. * Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and professional ethics. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required. * Valid Armed Courier certification (desirable but not mandatory). ### **What We Offer:** * Fixed-term employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and market standards. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training within a leading company. * A safe and professional work environment. * Additional benefits typical of a solid and growing organization.
