Job Description As a live-in Nanny at Mama Vital, you will reside in the family’s home, providing full-time care for girls and boys. Your daily responsibilities will include basic care (feeding, hygiene, rest), accompanying children during play and educational activities, and maintaining daily routines. You will also be responsible for organizing safe play areas, preparing simple snacks, and supporting school assignments according to the children’s age. You will maintain constant communication with the family regarding the children’s daily activities and coordinate schedules, rules, and activities with them. This position is 100% on-site and located in Villavicencio. Requirements Proven prior experience in caring for girls and boys (in homes, daycare centers, or similar settings). Ability to organize daily routines (meals, naps, playtime, study time) and promote healthy habits. Empathetic communication skills, patience, and respectful management of boundaries and rules. Willingness to live in the family’s home, flexibility in working hours, and daily responsibility.
