Job Summary: This role manages and coordinates sales staff, supervises operations, manages inventory, and handles customer service, with responsibilities including hiring and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate sales and cashier staff 2. Manage inventories and requisition merchandise 3. Attend to and resolve customer complaints * Manage retail outlets or supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in the following occupations: merchandisers and promoters, administrative assistants, and employees in other elementary sales occupations. They are employed by retail establishments. * Supervise and coordinate sales and cashier staff. * Assign duties and prepare work schedules. * Authorize payments by check and merchandise exchanges. * Sell merchandise to customers. * Attend to and resolve customer complaints. * Requisition merchandise, maintain specific inventory records, and organize merchandise. * Prepare reports on sales volume, merchandise, and personnel-related matters. * Hire and train staff.
