This position offers a stable opportunity where the ideal candidate can apply their experience and skills in the field of geotechnics, contributing to the success of our projects. **Position Description** -------------------------- As a Geotechnical Engineer at Eosol Group, your main responsibilities will include: * Supervise and manage geotechnical monitoring of various projects, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. * Support in analyzing slope stability studies conducted, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results. * Design and execute geotechnical monitoring plans that allow collection of meaningful and useful data for decision-making. * Monitor and inspect cracks and fissures in material disposal areas used in the project, providing detailed reports on findings. * Collect and analyze data from geotechnical instruments, ensuring correct interpretation and application of results. * Implement installation of necessary instrumentation for geotechnical monitoring, contributing to the development of innovative practices in the field. * Conduct fieldwork in monitoring plan studies, using advanced tools and techniques such as drones for topography. * Drive or operate concession vehicles safely and effectively. * Comply with and enforce established processes for the area, ensuring adherence to the SAGRILAF functions matrix, as well as annexes III (HSE, QUALITY AND ROAD SAFETY) and IV (Environmental competencies matrix). **Requirements** -------------- To be considered for the Geotechnical Engineer position, candidates must meet the following requirements: * Degree in civil engineering, geology, or geotechnics. * Minimum 8 years of prior experience in construction, preferably in large-scale projects involving geotechnology and monitoring. * Valid B1 and/or C1 driver's license. * Preferably have experience operating drones for topographic and monitoring applications. * Skills in report preparation and data analysis, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **Desired Additional Skills** ------------------------------------ * Knowledge in inspections and verification of geotechnical conditions. * Ability to perform designs and stability analyses considering geological and geotechnical parameters of the environment. * Proactivity and attention to detail in collecting and analyzing information. * Proficiency in effectively communicating results and recommendations to work teams and management. **Why Join Eosol Group?** ---------------------------------- At Eosol Group, we value innovation and quality in every one of our projects.
