Your main responsibilities will include: * **Support the surveyor**: Collaborate with the surveyor in carrying out topographic surveys and land inventories. * **Compliance with requirements**: Ensure that the requirements of the concession contract are met during project development. * **Measurements**: Conduct measurements before the start of works and after their completion. * **Inspections and verifications**: Carry out inspections and verify established monitoring points. * **Leveling and tacheometric points**: Perform leveling and determine tacheometric points, as well as calculate areas. * **Vehicle operation**: Drive or operate concession vehicles when authorized and required. * **Process compliance**: Ensure compliance with established processes, procedures, and instructions for the area, as well as Annex III (SAGRILAF Function Matrix, HSE, QUALITY AND ROAD SAFETY) and Annex IV (Environmental Competency Matrix). **Requirements** -------------- We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: * **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in construction. * **Education**: Technical degree in surveying or laboral technical certification in Surveying by competencies. * **Driver's license**: Minimum class B1 driver's license. * **Working at heights**: Certification and experience in working at heights. * **Drone operation**: Experience operating drones for topographic surveys will be valued positively. **Skills and Abilities** ----------------------------- The ideal candidate should demonstrate: * Solid knowledge in **surveying**, including measurement and survey techniques. * Ability to perform **inspections** and **verification** of work quality. * Capacity to work at **heights** and under various conditions. * Experience in **driving** concession vehicles and operating machinery necessary for construction activities. * Skills in **planning** and executing processes according to company guidelines. **Why Eosol Group?** ------------------------- At Eosol Group, we are committed to our team's professional development and offer a collaborative and inclusive work environment. This role is key to ensuring the success of our engineering projects, being responsible for conducting topographic surveys, construction layout, and activities related to the positioning and monitoring point control. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct topographic surveys and construction layout for engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and clarity in data representation. * Perform calculations and graphical representations to facilitate project visualization and understanding. * Identify effective operational points for additional and precise surveying. * Carry out topographic control of location and displacement of monitoring and target control points, ensuring compliance with specifications shown on drawings. * Conduct drone flights in material disposal zones (ZODMES), using advanced technology to optimize results. * Prepare drawings of required topographic surveys for reporting and situational analysis. * Review topographic drawings, audit their consistency, and propose improvements or corrections when necessary. * Prepare displacement control reports for monitoring, verifying that all data is accurate and properly documented. * Comply with established processes, procedures, and instructions for the area, including the SAGRILAF function matrix, OHS, QUALITY, ROAD SAFETY, and Annex IV on environmental competency matrix. * Drive and operate relevant vehicles for daily site activities. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological academic background in Surveying * Minimum of 3 years of experience in surveying, including on-site work * Valid Class B1 driver's license in good standing * Knowledge and experience in drone operation, considered a valuable skill * Availability to work at heights, complying with all applicable safety measures **Skills and Competencies:** The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
