Job Summary: We are seeking a promoter with experience in advisory services and sales of tangible products, preferably in cosmetics or personal care, to guide customers and promote sales. Product promotion and sales closing A prominent company in the beauty sector is seeking a promoter with experience in advisory services and sales of tangible products (in-store promotion), preferably in the cosmetics or personal care sector. Required Profile: Education level: High school graduate Experience: 6 to 12 months in advisory services and sales of tangible products (ideally in cosmetics, personal care, or in-store promotion of hygiene products). Essential Requirements: Verifiable experience in sales, in-store promotion, or advisory services for tangible products in the cosmetics, personal care, or household cleaning sectors. Responsibilities: - Advise and guide customers in selecting cosmetic, facial care, body care, and makeup products according to their needs and skin type. - Promote correct product usage and achieve effective sales closures. - Provide in-person customer service at assigned locations within the traditional channel. Employment Conditions: Salary: COP 1,800,000 + Uniforms with a ceiling of COP 800,000 + Overtime pay + Transportation allowance + Statutory benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, and 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. Availability to work at least two Sundays per month (with a compensatory weekday off).
