We are currently seeking new talents. **Competencies** \- One (1) year of experience managing personnel and assigning tasks. \- Experience in the telecommunications sector. \- Basic knowledge of Autocad software. \- Intermediate knowledge of Google Earth Pro and KMZ software. \- Experience with JOIN-AS platform (ENEL filing). \- Proficiency in Microsoft Project. **Performing the following functions:** 1\. Request infrastructure intervention from Enel via the JoiN-AS application. 2\. Prepare feasibility reports, installations, or splicing according to client requests. 3\. Manage intervention permits and requests to other providers. 4\. Manage photographic records for the Fiber Optic Engineering department. 5\. Handle requirements and information requested by the Management department. 6\. Maintain and update the database of executed projects (current client status). 7\. Coordinate and schedule activities for operational staff. 8\. Ensure timely delivery of project execution information to the client. 9\. Generate activity schedules for operational personnel. 10\. Report material settlements. 11\. Manage settlement of completed projects. 12\. Attend meetings with engineers in charge of projects. End clients. 13\. Obtain validation and permissions from the client. 14\. Manage petty cash. 15\. Coordinate machinery or equipment required to complete activities (scaffolding, manlifts, civil works, etc.). 16\. Create basic fiber optic network drawings and schematics. 17\. Complete permit applications and follow up on concessions, IDU, PMT (traffic management plan) at national and territorial levels, among others. 18\. Identify storage sites for client meetings and bidding on new projects. 19\. Develop drawings (Autocad, Google Earth, and KMZ).
