Requirements: Technical or technological degree; studying Administration or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service roles, handling PQRs, order entry, and tracking special accounts. IMPORTANT: Intermediate Excel skills, and preferably experience with SAP and CRM. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; Saturday, 8 am to 12 pm. First two months on-site, then Hybrid mode (4 days at home / 2 days at office). Direct indefinite-term contract.
