




**Requirements:** Certified experience of (1 to 2) years in carrying out file organization activities and handling Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Workspace, and related applications). **Desirable:** Technical studies in Document Management **Functions:** • Organize, classify, and archive documents according to (chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order), following technical procedures, client guidelines, criteria, and current AGN regulations. * Verify document transfers. * Handle document digitization and other related tools. * Support the preparation of deliverables (reports) on processes. * Provide technical support for document transfer processes. * Update records and databases. * Serve clients according to service procedures and regulations. * Clarify client inquiries regarding documentation processing and consultation issues.
