E.S.P.**, a company in the telecommunications sector, we are currently looking for a **Junior Lawyer** to support the Legal Department in managing the company’s legal, contractual, and regulatory compliance processes. The selected candidate will provide support in legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, tracking legal proceedings, and delivering internal legal advice. Responsibilities * Conduct legal research on applicable regulations, case law, and relevant precedents. * Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, addenda, communications, and legal opinions. * Support legal case analysis and the definition of legal strategies. * Manage and monitor legal and procedural deadlines. * Support judicial, administrative, and contractual proceedings. * Verify regulatory compliance in the company’s internal processes. * Maintain organized and up-to-date legal documentation. Requirements * Law degree (valid professional license or license application in process). * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions or legal practice. * Knowledge of commercial, labor, or contract law (desirable). * Residency in **Northern Bogotá, Chía, or neighboring municipalities**.
