We are currently seeking a **Plant Maintenance Engineer** for our operation in **Sibaté, Cundinamarca, Colombia**. **Purpose of the Role** Ensure plant equipment and system availability, reliability, and integrity through the execution and optimization of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies, contributing to safe, continuous, and efficient operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze equipment failures and behavior using technical reports and reliability tools. * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and apply reliability methodologies to identify improvement opportunities. * Review technical manuals to define parts lists, critical spares, and required materials. * Collaborate with regional specialist engineers to resolve failures and optimize assets. * Manage maintenance information in SAP, ensuring traceability and technical control. * Analyze and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. * Specify and manage critical spares, ensuring their availability for operations. * Monitor maintenance, reliability, and operational performance indicators. * Lead improvement projects focused on asset productivity, efficiency, and reliability. * Provide technical support to plants, suppliers, and operational equipment nationwide. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related fields. For internal candidates, a degree is not mandatory. * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, maintenance engineering, or electromechanical roles. * Experience in failure analysis, asset reliability, and maintenance of productive plants. * Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and MS Project. * AutoCAD proficiency is desirable. * Knowledge of production processes and industrial maintenance. * Intermediate English (desirable). **Position Conditions** * Work location: Sibaté Plant, Cundinamarca. Corporate transportation is provided from Boza station, departing at approximately 6:00 a.m. (estimated travel time: one hour). * Availability for occasional domestic travel, primarily to Medellín and Barranquilla (up to twice per month). * Working hours: + Monday to Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. + Wednesday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking. * Results orientation. * Problem solving. * Teamwork. * Technical leadership. * Safety orientation. * Innovation and continuous improvement.
