Implement continuous improvement methodologies ### **Description** Ensure the quality of cast products through the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of production processes, guaranteeing compliance with technical, regulatory, and industrial safety standards.### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and control casting processes, from raw material preparation to final product. * Design and implement quality control plans at each stage of the process. * Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and propose corrective/preventive actions. * Coordinate metallurgical testing, chemical analysis, and mechanical testing. * Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S). * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards. * Train operational staff in good manufacturing practices and quality control. * Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, rejection, rework, and specification compliance. ### **Skills, Knowledge and Expertise** **Job Requirements:** Academic Background: Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in iron casting processes and quality control.
