Overview: **What is the role?** The Senior Intercompany Analyst plays a strategic role within the Panama Operations Center, responsible for leading and enhancing intercompany accounting operations across multiple legal entities. This key position will drive finance transformation initiatives by implementing and optimizing the global ERP intercompany module, developing standardized intercompany policies, and streamlining end\-to\-end intercompany processes. The analyst will act as a change agent, identifying automation opportunities and improving controls and compliance across the organization. Responsibilities: **What you'll do*** Lead the implementation and continuous optimization of the intercompany module within the global ERP system. * Collaborate with global and regional teams to design, implement, and maintain standardized intercompany accounting policies and procedures. * Monitor and enhance end\-to\-end intercompany processes, ensuring accurate and timely transaction recording and reconciliation. * Act as a subject matter expert and super\-user for the intercompany module; provide training and support to global teams. * Partner with the Technical Accounting Group to ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS intercompany requirements. * Oversee intercompany reconciliations across multiple ledgers and legal entities, resolving discrepancies and identifying root causes. * Support financial transformation projects by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline intercompany workflows. * Coordinate the integration of new entities into the global intercompany framework. * Ensure intercompany agreements are properly reflected in financial records and trading models. * Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing documentation and support for SOX compliance and audits. * Drive continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to systems, policies, and procedures. * Supervise and guide junior team members on intercompany processes and analysis. Qualifications: **Knowledge \& Experience:** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). * Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment. * Solid experience with intercompany accounting and reporting. * Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar); ERP implementation experience highly valued. * Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS, particularly as they relate to intercompany transactions. * Experience in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives. * Advanced Excel and financial systems skills; Hyperion knowledge preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands, Flow, Liberty, Más Móvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
