Technical profile reading and validation We are looking for a technology-profile Recruiter — either a professional or a student in the final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields — with a strategic focus on attracting IT talent (architecture, development, automation, and data), and possessing the following skills: * Experience in recruiting technology profiles (non-mass). * Ability to conduct headhunting and proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, social networks, contact databases). * Technical profile reading and validation. * Agility in response times and process follow-up. * Focus on building a resume database for ongoing processes.-Requirements- Minimum education: University Degree / Professional Program 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Keywords: selection, recruiter, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment
