We are currently looking for a **Pharmaceutical Chemist** with proven experience in quality systems under **GMP** regulations to fill the position of **Technical Quality Director**. This role will be responsible for ensuring the implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of the quality management system, leading audits and guaranteeing regulatory compliance of our products and processes. * Lead the quality assurance area under GMP guidelines. * Supervise regulatory compliance across all stages of the product lifecycle. * Coordinate internal and external audits and visits from regulatory authorities. * Review and approve technical documentation: PQRs, CAPAs, deviations, validations, etc. * Manage the quality team and promote a quality culture within the organization. * Represent the company before regulatory authorities and international clients. * Prepare technical documentation and reports in English and Spanish. **Valued qualifications:** * Additional training in quality systems, auditing, or regulatory affairs. * Experience as a **Qualified Person (QP)** or as a technical responsible officer before regulatory agencies. * Knowledge of additional regulations such as FDA, ICH, ISO, etc. * Advanced English proficiency.
