Prepare and/or assemble products, ensuring use of standard recipes, cuts, and assembly per customer specifications. a) Carry out preparation, production, and/or assembly aligned with the customer's menu requirements. b) Perform HACCP records to ensure proper compliance. c) Monitor BPM standards, complete temperature log forms during the assigned shift, and provide real-time information. d) Use area equipment properly, following user manuals and recommendations provided by the supplier and/or maintenance department. e) Work according to the assigned VPS (Variable Production Schedule / Variable Production Format), complete it, and submit the completed form to the area supervisor at the end of the shift. f) Provide FPY (First Pass Yield / On-Time) reports as defined by Lean Manufacturing parameters. g) Implement established Lean Manufacturing tools in the area (10 Wastes, 5S, VPS, DDS1\). h) Provide inventory support when required by the team leader. i) Wash, disinfect, and polish tableware and cutlery. j) Ensure compliance with customer service protocols requeri Embark on a journey with us, where every day brings new opportunities for growth and success.
