En **dentsu** estamos en la búsqueda de un **Media Planning Analyst/Executive/ Strategy** El propósito de esta función es proporcionar apoyo al equipo sénior, asumiendo la responsabilidad de todas las tareas tácticas y operativas de planeación dentro del equipo para garantizar que las campañas se desarrollen sin problemas y según lo previsto. **Dentro de las principales responsabilidades están:** * Soporta con información al equipo senior para que este realice eficazmente la planificación * Trabaja de la mano con otros departamentos para garantizar que una campaña se lleve a cabo a tiempo mediante el uso de las mejores prácticas, cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio y procesos internos * Acompañamiento y apoya al Planner Senior en la estructuración del plan de medios (On y off line) * Supervisar la ejecución del plan de medios (Presupuesto) * Control y manejo del día a día (conocimiento total de la campaña) * Análisis de medios (EGM, ibope, etc.) * Elaboración y análisis de los informes de competencia y reportes al cliente. (pauta nueva, comerciales, cuñas, impresos cliente y competencia) * Crea los planes de medios en Advertmind con base a la estrategia y KPI’s entregados por el Planner senior * Conocimiento de las campañas asignadas, se asegura de que las campañas digitales se gestionen de forma efectiva para lograr los objetivos de performance esperados * Supervisa las campañas de performance enfocándose en los indicadores rendimiento del cliente * Desarrollar y mantener los soportes tácticos de medios que garanticen la ejecución impecable * Elaboración del consumo de medios de acuerdo con el análisis de Brief. * Gestión de optimizaciones basado en ejercicios de planificación * Acompañamiento a las reuniones de tráfico con el cliente. * Garantizar la gestión del conocimiento: Transmitir constantemente conocimiento y experiencia al equipo gestionando buenas prácticas a través de coaching, acompañamiento diario, mentoring, ejercicios prácticos, etc. * Profesional en carreras administrativas, mercadeo, comunicación social, negocios, publicidad, y afines * Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en tareas y funciones relacionadas al rol. * Más de 2 años de experiencia en funciones relacionadas al rol * Más de 1 año de experiencia apoyando el manejo de cuentas grandes * El candidato ideal debe poseer dominio intermedio de las siguientes habilidades y/o competencias: Análisis y perspectivas, Gestión del presupuesto del cliente, atención al cliente, orientación al detalle y comunicación. * Conocimiento de medios digitales y medios off.
