A leading company in furniture and wood carpentry is seeking an Architect for the position of **Project Coordinator**. Essential experience in **Construction Site Supervision**, preferably in finishes and interior design, for residential construction and office space projects. Experience managing projects related to the installation of **architectural wood carpentry** and residential and corporate furniture is preferred. Excellent communication skills, personnel management abilities, organized, and goal-oriented. Proficiency in design software, AutoCAD, and MS Office. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate project scheduling and execution * Manage on-site personnel (installers) * Maintain client relationships with Project Managers and/or Construction Directors * Attend site meetings; monitor and control project timelines and progress * Conduct site measurements and prepare opening records * Prepare reports * Supervise furniture installation and final delivery in projects, ensure quality control * Handle after-sales service requests Job type: Full-time Application question(s): * Do you have experience supervising wood carpentry construction sites?
