At **Industrial Taylor**, we are looking for a passionate **Junior Account Manager** interested in commercial operations and the hospitality sector to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * **Portfolio Growth:** Acquiring new clients through fieldwork, phone calls, visits, and *lead* management. * **Commercial Management:** Leading IT sales processes and meeting assigned budget targets. * **Comprehensive Advisory Services:** Providing technical and commercial support, training, and demonstrations to both new and existing clients. * **Strategy and Reporting:** Developing business concept designs and reporting management activities via Odoo. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or technological degree, or currently enrolled in a program related to **Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Administration, or Commerce**. * **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year** in similar roles. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and **intermediate English**. Culinary knowledge preferred. * **Key Skills:** Service-oriented attitude, empathy, persuasion, persistence, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure. **Conditions:** * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * **Salary:** As assigned for this position.
