**Time, Motion and Efficiency Analyst – Miguel Caballero S.A.S.** **Location:** Vía Siberia – Cota, exit via Calle 80, Parque Industrial La Florida (entrance Praco Didacol, in front of MedPlus Coliseum). **Salary:** $2\.000\.000 **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. / Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Job Description:** At **Miguel Caballero S.A.S.**, a leading company in innovation and manufacturing of protective garments, we are seeking a **Time, Motion and Efficiency Analyst** with experience in the garment industry to optimize production processes and contribute to improving the performance of our plant. **Requirements:** * Technologist or professional in Industrial, Textile or Production Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in time and motion analysis within garment manufacturing. * Experience with time studies, MTM or MODAPTS (desirable). * Knowledge of line balancing, SMV, SAMM and advanced Excel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct time and motion studies. * Calculate and analyze efficiency by line and style. * Document operation sheets and workflow diagrams. * Propose continuous improvement actions on the production floor.
