




Job Summary: We are seeking a Document Manager to administer, organize, and control physical and digital information, ensuring the document lifecycle and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the complete document lifecycle 2. Ensures proper document management in compliance with regulations 3. Participates in document improvement and updating The Document Manager must hold a technical or technological degree in Document Management, Archival Science, or related fields, and be responsible for administering, organizing, and controlling information—ensuring correct management of both physical and digital documents in accordance with current regulations. A minimum of one year of experience in document-related processes and knowledge of the General Archives Law is required. Responsibilities include managing the full document lifecycle—such as classification, digitization, uploading, updating, version control—as well as organizing archives, preparing inventories, and guaranteeing timely access to information. The role also involves process improvement, document updating, adherence to internal guidelines, and utilization of technological tools. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and office productivity software is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, time management, and commitment to procedural compliance.
