Job Summary: This role seeks an engineer to ensure SOX regulatory compliance in information systems, leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of general IT controls. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure SOX regulatory compliance in information systems. 2. Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of general IT controls. 3. Manage segregation of duties in SAP and critical applications. Requirements: Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (degree holder). Specialization in Information Security, Internal Control, or Risk Management (preferred). Certifications: CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, COBIT, ITIL. General Experience: Minimum 5 years in internal system controls, SOX control operations, technological risk management, audit support, and control automation. Experience as an Internal Control Engineer, Systems Auditor, Information Security Consultant, IT Security Engineer, or Internal Control Project Leader. Position Objective: Ensure SOX regulatory compliance in the information systems of a telecommunications-sector company, lead the design, implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement of general IT controls (ITGC), with emphasis on access management, segregation of duties, control automation, and support for external and internal audits. Main Responsibilities: SOX Control Design and Optimization: Review, redesign, and document existing and new controls, including automation, SOX matrices, and narratives. Segregation of Duties (SoD) Management: Analyze and ensure segregation of duties in SAP and critical applications (HR, CRM ONYX, BSCS, etc.), proposing and validating remediations. Query and Automation Certification: Design and implement models for certifying queries and automations used in information extraction for SOX controls. Documentation and Updates: Maintain up-to-date documentation of procedures, evidence, and control matrices.
