Position Summary: We are seeking an R&D Professional (Data and Analytics) to develop and implement models, handle large volumes of data, and apply data mining techniques in interdisciplinary projects. Academic Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in: Development and implementation of analytical and statistical models; handling large volumes of data (structured and unstructured); expert use of tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau; application of data mining techniques; participation in interdisciplinary projects for business problem solving. Optional: Knowledge of SQL, applied statistics for analysis, and predictive modeling in data management.
