**Position Name** Forklift Operator **About the role:** Operate assigned equipment to store, supply, and transport goods timely and according to process requirements, ensuring good condition of cargo, correct quantities, inspection for damages, and adherence to safety measures as per established procedures. **What you will do:** * Inspect assigned equipment and work area for physical, mechanical, and electrical conditions, identifying potential failures or operational anomalies (Checklist, Unsafe Condition Reports, and Alerts), thereby ensuring personnel safety and excellent condition of goods to be moved. * Carry out necessary tasks for proper process execution (receiving, storage, and dispatch) in accordance with established procedures, contributing ideas and suggestions aimed at continuous improvement and achievement of area objectives. * Apply organizational policies and measures necessary to ensure the safety of personnel and assets under responsibility, as well as compliance with quality standards and environmental protection established by legislation, regulations, and applicable best practices. * Fulfill all duties or instructions related to the position or area assigned by the immediate supervisor, according to process or company needs, complying with established safety and quality standards. * Move in accordance with traffic plan definitions for the area in which operations are being conducted. * Document events, conditions, and improvement activities related to Occupational Health and Safety applicable to the process, always seeking to enhance inherent standards in this area. * Ensure proper care and use of company assets. **Who we are looking for:** * **Education:** High school diploma, preferably technical training in production, logistics, or material handling-related fields. * **Experience:** 2 years of experience in safe forklift operation, material transportation, loading and unloading. * **Required knowledge:** Valid forklift operation certificate; OSHA certification preferred. * **Competencies:** Assertive communication, customer service orientation, teamwork. **What our Company offers:** Our purpose, Breaking Down Barriers for Well-Being, gives meaning to everything we do.
