Timely enroll employees in the social security system A leading company in the services sector is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support the national-level hiring process, verify documentation, formalize contracts, and enroll employees in the social security system, ensuring legal compliance and timeliness in onboarding our employees. Main Responsibilities: Verify required documentation for hiring, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines. Formalize employment contracts and other documents required for legal onboarding. Timely enroll employees in EPS (Health Insurance Provider), Compensation Fund, Pension Fund, and ARL (Occupational Risk Provider). Enter and update employee information in corporate software. Organize resumes and manage the distribution of corporate ID cards. Assist in scheduling medical exams, certifications, and other related procedures. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Human Resources-related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment processes, preferably in the services sector. Knowledge of recruitment processes, affiliations, and office productivity tools. Conditions: Salary: $2.468.594 Working hours: Monday to Friday.
