Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials. 2. Operate compaction machinery and ensure waste brand protection. 3. Maintain orderly storage areas and record inventories. A prominent environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its team. We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: High School Diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for easy access to the industrial zone; no transportation route service provided by the company. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure waste brand protection. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime pay + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.).
