Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff with physical stamina and commitment to work in production and material handling environments, performing loading, unloading, and collection of recyclable materials. Operation of compaction machinery and waste management We seek operational staff with strong physical stamina, commitment, and ability to work in production and material handling environments. Requirements to Apply: High School Diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in high-demand operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse work, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night); having a motorcycle is essential for easy access to the industrial zone—no company-provided transportation service is available. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure brand protection of waste materials. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime pay + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM). The company does not provide transportation; personal transportation is mandatory.
