Job Summary: We are seeking physically fit operational staff for production tasks, material handling, and waste management, including operation of machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for convenient access to the industrial zone; company does not provide transportation service. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation; personal transportation is essential.
